Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and support the accounting team
- ● Serve as the primary contact for clients
- ● Responsible for collaborating with tax, payroll team, and executives
- ● Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- ● Coordinate schedule appointments and events
- ● Provide bookkeeping, treasury and accounting consulting for clients
- ● Lead internal and external training sessions
- ● Develop overall budgets
- ● Client billing
Qualifications
- ● CPA required
- ● Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
- ● Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- ● Experience in a public accounting firm is a plus
- ● Japanese-English bilingual language skills
- ● Ability to prioritize and multitask with a strong attention to detail
- ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
