Responsibilities
- Prepare / arrange heavy freight Bill of Lading and arrange transportation of small freight. LTL Preparation, LTL schedule pick up and create BOL.
- Handle expedite shipment requests
- Conduct inventory count and spot count with warehouse staff and Operations staff.
- Handle supplier’s mis-shipments, verify the contents and rectify the mis-shipments.
- Communicate with suppliers and verify if there is an error in their shipment. Communicate with sales staff and process shipments in accordance with customer-specific procedures.
- Troubleshoot the problems in the system and help run the operation smoothly.
- Support the warehouse staff by communicating with them effectively and answering their questions.
Qualifications
- Excellent in time management, phone & email etiquette
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google applications
- 2 years of warehouse work experience is a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degrees are preferred
