We are currently seeking for a Sales Assistant/Coordinator at a global Japanese trading company in San Francisco Downtown, CA.

Hourly wage:$20-24/hr (DOE)

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred
-Excellent Customer Service Skills
-Experience in inside sales/operation/logistics/supply chain or international environment
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
-Computer literate- Dependable
-Must like Japanese food

Job Responsibilities:
-Customer Service / Handle customers’ inquiries by phone and email
-Take orders and enter accurate date in the system
-Arrange shipments based on the client request.
-Prepare and process shipping documentation
-Process invoices and keep records in a timely manner
-Ensure and maintain inventory
-Provide administrative support to the global sales team
-Other administrative duties as assigned

Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, self-starter, and dedicated. At least 1-2 years of customer service experience and/or sales/logistics coordinator experience is MUST.
