-BSEE or BSME degree.
-5 years experience in technical support of industrial TFT LCD displays.
-Possess programming skills such as C language for Microchip, Microsoft Visual -Basic Application HTML, Java Script, Flush
-Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and business software applications.
-Experience training, motivating, and managing a network of manufacturer’s reps and distributors.
-Experience with multi level selling of TFT-LCD products to major accounts.

Primary Responsibility:
-Serve as a technical liaison between TFT-LCD customers and the factories in Japan. In this capacity the FAE will provide technical data sheets, test data and answers to technical questions.
-Support VAR evaluation and provide on-going technical support to VARs.
-Provide QA support including multiple aspects of coordinating returns and replacement units.
-Support and work closely with RSMs during customer meetings by presenting technical data, product roadmaps, etc.
-Develop LCD demo units.
-Prepare TFT-LCD demos for customer meetings, training events, trade shows.
-Prepare TFT-LCD evaluation KIT.
-Create Technical Presentation Materials for customers and internal training.
-Interact professionally and positively with company’s stake holders; management operations, product marketing, credit and engineering to create strategies and action plans to achieve business goals.
-Provide technical assistance as needed basis for CIS business.
-Territory will be Eastern regions in US and Canada.
