We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant for a Japanese Semiconductor company in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate is an open-minded individual who enjoys learning across all departments. Cross-training is part of the company culture, and are very well known for innovative and forward thinking.
– Create, process, and submit sales orders and invoices
– Manage multiple operational projects
– Oversee logistics of company products to customers
– Check inventory and order supplies when necessary
– Liaise with Japan HQ and submit reports
– Other duties assigned
– Must have excellent communication in English, Japanese speaking is a big plus
– Bachelor’s degree or above
– Able to work in a fast paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft office including Excel
– Willingness to be trained in multiple departments
