We are currently seeking a candidate for our full time temp to hire IT Help Desk Engineer position. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 3 years of helpdesk experience and networking skills. Candidate must be Fluent in both English and Japanese.
Title: IT Help Desk Engineer

Working Hours: 9-5 Monday through Friday
– Minimum 3+ years of helpdesk experience
– Must have basic/intermediate networking skills including an understanding of servers, switches, WiFi, etc
– Experience in a Management/Supervisory role
– Knowledge of computer hardware for both PC and Mac (including laptops, desktops, peripherals)
– Understanding and ability to analyze trends within the technology industry in order to select hardware or software solutions to meet current and future demands of the company.
– Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
– Great communication skills in both Japanese and English
– Must provide leadership in order to ensure professional technical service to all internal end users
– Oversee and communicate any incidents/problems to internal or external stakeholders
– Setting up and delivering hardware and software support
– Installing new software and updates whenever required
– Maintaining and establishing the relationship of all IT suppliers, vendors, consultants, and other experts.
– Providing outstanding service, satisfaction, and timeliness
– Protecting of company data
