We are currently seeking for a customer service / logistics coordinator in a global trading company in San Francisco Downtown, CA.

• Hourly wage: $24/hr (DOE)
• Knowledge of working in Japanese culture /work environment is big plus
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Experience in logistics/supply chain or international environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
• Computer literate- Dependable
• Customer Service / Handle customers’ inquiries by phone and email
• Arrange shipments based on the client request.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation
• Provide administrative support to the global sales team
• Other administrative duties as assigned
