Position: Office Administrator
Location: San Francisco, CA Financial District (Accessible by BART/Muni)
Salary: $20-25/hr DOE
Status: Full-time, Direct Hire

Requirements:
– 1+ years of experience as an administrative experience or a similar support role is preferred
– Experience in working in the startup space is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
– Business-level Japanese and English language skills
– Great communication skills and attention to detail

Duties:
– Serve as the chief point of contact for office upkeep, communication, mailing and shipping, shopping, stocking supplies, equipment maintenance, and various errands to support office operations
– Keep the office workspace tidy and presentable
– Organize office operations and procedures
– Manage relationships with customers and provide general support and excellent customer service
– Manage accounts with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced on time
– Set-up and run regular events such as happy hours as well as company conferences and special events
– Attend to the executives and visitors from Japan
