We are currently seeking a candidate for our full time Office Manager role. The ideal candidate would have Japanese language skills, or experience working for a Japanese company, and experience working in a logistics/freight forwarding company.

Qualifications:

– Strong communication skills in English, Japanese language skills preferred
– Experience working in a logistics or freight forwarding industry
– Good Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point
– Strong leadership presence and customer service oriented

Job Duties:

– In charge of all daily air/ocean operations, sales revenue, customer service, and administration tasks
– Accounts Payable & Receivable record keeping, and monitoring costs
– Business development, maintaining existing customers, and liase with other sales executives locally, national/internationally
– Manage a small team of 3-4 employees, overseeing their performance and conducting evaluations, weekly goals, and strategy
