We are currently seeking a candidate for our full time temp to hire Office Manager role. The ideal candidate would have Japanese language skills, or experience working for a Japanese company. Minimum of 4 years Office Manager experience.

Salary : 50-60k DOE
Type : Full Time Temp to Full
Working Hours: 9-6 Monday to Friday
– Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
– Minimum 4 years of experience working as an office manager
– Great communication skills in English and Japanese language skill is preferred
– Must be comfortable with 10%-15% traveling for business trip
– Sales Administration tasks such as processing orders received from sales team to HQ, prepare and track quotations to customers, inform customers of their invoices, create monthly sales reports.
– Marketing duties such as creating an advertising strategy, maintaining corporate website, etc.
– Accounting duties such as reviewing expense reports, submitting bills for payment, assisting accounts receivable department, performing inventory audits.
– Human Resources and Office Admin tasks.
