Boutique Japanese affiliated Human Resources Consulting/Outsourcing firm is looking for individuals to join their firm as a Japanese Bilingual Human Resources Consultant.
Majority of this company’s clients are U.S. subsidiaries of Japanese corporations. My client assists in areas including but not limited to HR outsourcing/ day-to-day HR troubleshooting, HR document preparation, Compensation & Performance Evaluation Programs, HR management training and so on.
Location: Midtown, NY

Salary: Up to 80K + Performance Based Bonus + Benefits
*Provide troubleshooting for HR issues (Employee discipline, termination, regulatory questions, employee relations, etc.) ‘
*Draft and regularly update HR Related documentation and policies based on client needs and updated regulations
*Develop and conduct HR training programs
*Develop performance reviews, compensation programs, incentive programs etc.
*Strong knowledge of current HR matters and regulations
*Previous experience in similar role
*5-10 years of experience as HR generalist or manager
*Ability to travel (Couple times/Quarter)
*Japanese/English Reading and Writing Ability
