Japanese Manufacturing Company is seeking AP/AR and Admin Assistant in Irvine.
* AP/AR and Admin Assistant
* Full-Time, Direct-Hire
* Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30-5:30
• Handles order processing and invoicing
• Processes A/P invoice data and prepares payments to vendors
• Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database
• Prepares reports of business transactions and maintain accounts
• Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained
• Processes credit applications from customers to set up credit terms
• Reviews and manages A/R status and communicates with customers to collect pending payments
• Prepares and distributes A/R aged invoice reports
• Records customers’ payment information into accounting software
• Handles various administrative duties assigned by management
• BA/BS in business or equivalent field is preferred,
• Minimum 1 year of related experience required.
• Must be detail oriented and strong with numbers.
• Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication
• Working knowledge of MS office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Experience with SAGE accounting software is a plus.
