We are currently seeking a candidate for a Part Time Office Admin and Accounts Payable Clerk. This position is a 32 hours a week part time position with a chance to go full time if enough work load. The ideal candidate would have Administrative Assistant type experience, and experience with A/P.

Title : Office Administrator / Accounts Payable Clerk
Location : Milpitas/Fremont, CA
Salary : $14-$20 DOE
Type : 3 month Temp to Hire up to 32 hours/week. [depending on work load, could go full time]

Qualifications:

Strong communication in English, Japanese language is a plus
1+ year experience in Administrator role
1+ year experience with Accounts Payable (A/P)

Job Duties:
Admin Tasks:

-Assist in maintaining day to day operations
-Creating then reporting monthly sales reports to management
-bi annual stock of parts and machines
-Processing orders received from the sales team

Accounts Payable Tasks:

-Review expense reports from team members
-Receive and submit all bills for payment approval
-Submit the payments to vendors, and submit all expense records to CPA all on a timely manner
-Coordinating with the Accounts Receivable department
