The position of Human Resources Supervisor consists of performing Human Resource related duties including but not limited to employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, employee training, policy implementation, employment law compliance and all areas of recruitment/hiring/termination/layoff procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves and/ or promotions using the human resources management and payroll software.
-Interpret and communicate human resource policies, procedures, standards, federal and state laws and regulations.
-Conducts recruitment procedures for exempt and non-exempt personnel, temporary employees, conducts new employee orientations, and monitors open positions.
Inform employees and job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions.
-Administers the compensation program, monitors the time keeping, processes payroll.
-Performs benefit administration including, enrollment, change/termination reporting, claims resolution and communicating benefit information to employees.
-Address employee relation issues such as work complaints, harassment claims, exit interviews and other employee concerns.
-Maintains company organization charts and human resource information system records.
-Maintains compliance with OSHA, federal and state employment laws and regulations.

College diploma or Bachelor’s degree; or one to three year’s related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
