Our client, a top-tier manufacturer of electronic components in the IT and semiconductor industry, is looking for a entry-level Marketing Assistant. This is a hybrid role in which you will be assisting in both marketing and administrative duties.

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marketing/office administrative experience
– Intermediate level or above proficiency in Microsoft office, in particular MS Excel
– Knowledge and interest in the IT or Semiconductor industry
– Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and multi-tasker
– Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
– Japanese language skills are a plus

– Assist corporate marketing related tasks, such as coordination and execution of ad campaigns
– Help with exhibition event preparation
– Coordinate deliveries of marketing materials and / or promotional items for sales and distributors
– Assist in assigned marketing research projects
– Input data in CRM and maintain its accuracy and consistency in master database, generating reports as needed
– Receive customer inquiries through phone and e-mail and respond to them or find appropriate account managers and sales offices to forward them to
– Provide admin support for office employees and assistant in office maintenance
– Assist sales with sales assistant/inside sales tasks as needed
– Shipping & receiving of office mails
– Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management
