Job Description of Entry Level _R&D Specialist._
Supporting new concepts
Understanding of cuisines, able to analyze and formulate products in both creative and traditional fashion
Work closely with vendors to develop new flavor, new ingredients, and product technology
Test products for flavor, texture, color, nutritional contents according to local, state, federal regulation
Working closely with process engineers, plant management, packaging and marketing specialists to solve problems in terms of produce development.
Initiate internal and external tests to monitor to gain understanding of consumers
Conduct market research to promote new products that are catching latest trends
Work with team members well to increase efficiency and to train new staff members
Skill set required of Entry Level _R&D Specialist._
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry or related
Professional cooking experience is a plus
Strong with compound calculation, Team oriented, Self-starter
