•Coordinates all preparations including adjustment with caterer, budget control and invitation arrangement, etc. for functions or events at the company house while communicating regularly with its residents (including President’s spouse) and supervises catering staff at the site.
•Handles other duties at the company house including ordering and/or purchasing required household items, maintaining the company house’s assets/inventory including fix asset reconciliation, processing payments, supervising housekeeper, and arranging company house maintenance as needed.
•Enrolls and maintains HS data in the Mitsui USA HR and Payroll system, also arranges enrollment update of Nippon Club membership and makes announcements of new hire, transfer and/or terminations to the designated parties. Conducts brief orientation and explains the company’s benefits, policies, and procedures to new employees.
•Prepares New Hire Reports (Annual Report) to U.S. Government.
•Assists with coordination of Mitsui Japan’s Benefit Programs, such as home leave, family reunion, and medical coverage.
