Position: IT Help Desk
Location: Must relocate to Moses Lake, WA (relocation costs covered)
Salary: 45k-55k DOE
Tier 1 benefits, PTO, Sick/Personal Days etc. offered
VISA H1B transfer candidates may be considered

– 1+ year of experience as a network administrator or system engineer / related experience along with TCP/IP field experience preferred
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Basic level of Japanese language skills or higher
– Prior experience working for a Japanese company is a plus
– Must be willing to relocate and live in Moses Lake, WA

– Hardware acquisition and setup, budget management
– Install / rebuild Server, PC/OA Equipment and configure peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage etc.
– Investigate and troubleshoot issues for Server/PC/OA Equipment
– Repair and recover from Hardware or Software failures
– Coordinate and communicate with our customers and vendors
– Onsite customer support
– Documentation (Create Customer Profile, Diagram, Operational Information, Knowledge Base, History, etc..)
-Network Support 10%
– Technical Support for Network Equipment (Cisco Router and Switch, Juniper SSG etc.)
– Diagnostics and troubleshooting with carrier and vendors

Supplementary training will be provided.
