We are currently seeking IT specialist at Major Japanese Manufacturers!

Position: Japanese Bilingual IT specialist

Pay: $65k - $75k (Depending on your experience)

Status: Full time + Excellent benefits

Duties

  • Set up, maintain and troubleshoot Apple Mac OS laptops and PC laptops
  • Install and configure software
  • Set up and configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals
  • Document issue resolution using the help desk ticketing system
  • Maintain inventory of all hardware and software resources and parts
  • Maintain excellent communication with all end users
  • Evaluate, analyze, innovate, and recommend specific hardware and/or software solutions that meet end users' specifications
  • Design and modify websites, application and database from layout to function and according to a specifications on variety of programming languages and operating systems
  • Coordinate the construction, maintenance, and expansion of an organization's computer/network systems
  • Responsible and maintains the planning of software receiving schedule bridging vendor. Manage all of deliverables and understands specification


Qualifications

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems Management, or M. S. in IT Management preferred
  • 3 years direct work experience
  • Experience of setup, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows 7/8/10
  • Experience supporting mobile devices, including iOS and Android
  • Experience supporting remote users
  • Experience with MAS 90 and SAP is required
  • Broad knowledge of and experience with PCs, telecommunications, networking, and software troubleshooting and usage
