業務

  • Order office equipment and stationery and maintain inventory.
  • Maintain the office condition and necessary repair.
  • Communicate with accounting division for repair, maintenance and any monthly fee.
  • Communicate with building Office Manager and supply vendor.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Schedule online meeting.

応募資格

  • Supply management (Order office equipment and stationery and maintain inventory. Communicate with supply vendor, etc.)  
  • Business level in Japanese and English in both written and oral.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Proven work experience as an Office Management Administrator.
  • Knowledge of office administration responsibilities.
  • Creative mind with an ability to suggest ways to improve.
